I have mapped a network drive and now I can’t access it , I have tried it to open with IP address but it’s not accessible do you know why??

Hi, I am a system administrator and need a favor from you guys, We have 10 computers connected in LAN all running windows XP pro file and printer sharing is on, all computers can communicate to each other without any problem. We have got a new computer with windows 7 and it’s not communicating to any of the windows xp computer. None of the network drivers are visible in the windows 7 and it’s unable to print from the printer. I have checked almost all the options but couldn’t rectify the issue. BTW what could be the issue? Any help is appreciated. Regards Bruce?

I called AT&T and they said there is nothing wrong with their settings and I have to contact computer support. My problem is I am not able to check emails, websites. I can’t go online. Please help me.?
