My wifi is not protected with password and I know my neighbor is using my wifi connection. How can I protect it and put password on it?

Your neighbor is using your wireless connection and you want to stop it, ok, this is very easy but you have not mentioned your router/modem model so I cannot provide you the precise steps. But, its easy, routers have security options where in you can put a password, anyone who wants to connect to your network needs the password. So login to your router (see available documentation to check how to login). Once you are logged into the router, go to the wireless security options and put the passphrase. Configure the same in your computer so that you have no issues accessing the internet. You can also hide the SSID (wireless network) from others, this option is also there inside the router page but I would suggest to implement both rather than just hiding the network
