Please check the internet connection settings. Are you getting any error message while trying to connect to the internet and what kind of connection are you using? Please try the following steps:

(A) Check the wireless connection settings regards credentials.
(B) See if your system is getting a valid IP address from the modem.
(C) Check the system firewall if it is blocking the internet connection.
(D) Try to recreate the internet connection with all details.

I installed SP1 on my windows 7 computer, rebooted it as I was asked to do so and it crashed. I have tried to restore it but it is still dead. I feel like getting back to XP.. unless there's a way to uninstall SP1 or do whatever to fix this problem.
