Is the network a wireless or wired? Since when did this start happening? Please try the following steps:

(a) Uninstall and reinstall the network adapters.
(b) Disable firewall for now.
(c) Disable any network related softwares .
(d) Reset the TCP/IP settings.
(e) Delete any network profile created earlier.
